Attending Mass in Prague
Yes, you can go in, and no, it does not cost anything. Prague's most-visited churches charge for sightseeing, which is why so many people assume the services are ticketed too. They are not. A Mass is a public act of worship, open to anyone who wants to be there, with nothing to book and nothing to pay at the door. Below are the service times at the four churches most often mistaken for museums.

Sightseeing normally stops while a service is on, so the church is quiet. Come a few minutes early and sit anywhere; the back is fine, and nobody expects you to know what to do. The basket passed round during the Mass is a voluntary collection, not a charge. If you are not Catholic you are welcome to stay in your seat when others go up for communion — it is the ordinary thing to do and nobody will mind. Photography during a service is out of place even in churches where it is allowed for the rest of the day, and there is no dress code beyond ordinary respectfulness. These Masses are celebrated in Czech unless the time below says otherwise.
